  • With finances ranking as the second-leading cause of stress among Americans, your members need–and want–help. Join Financial Therapist, Social Worker, and Author Lindsay Bryan-Podvin in this financial empowerment session. By prioritizing financial flexibility, adopting empowerment-driven approaches, and dismantling the shame associated with traditional financial advice, you can help your members thrive financially. 

1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. - A Generation in Crisis

  • Margaret Meagher, Chief Impact Officer at the Crisis Text Line, shares why the support of programs focused on mental health are crucial. We'll wrap the afternoon with impact stories and usher in the importance for the evening's fundraising for In the Cellar.

Valet parking will be available for guests driving themselves. look for the valet stand outside the clock tower (Independence Hall) upon arrival.

Pick Up  -

Shuttles will pick up guests outside the main entrance of the hotel.

Look for the In the Cellar signs in the motor coach window. 

The first shuttle will depart at 5:00 p.m. and will run on a continuous loop approximately ever 15-minutes until dinner begins at 7:30 p.m.

 

Drop Off -

Shuttles will depart the museum from the clock tower entrance and drop guests off at the main lobby doors. 

Return service will begin at 10:30 p.m. and run on a continuous loop approximately every 15-minutes until 12:30 a.m.

The last shuttle will depart from the museum at 12:30 a.m.

Due to another event taking place in the Presidential Ballroom, guests will be required to depart sharply at 2:00 p.m. For anyone interested in continuing conversations, the hotel bar will be happy to accommodate our group. 

Guests of Grand Reserve level sponsors and above are invited to join us for a VIP experience. 

Guests are not allowed into the museum prior to 5:30 p.m. VIP Registration will open promptly at 5:15 p.m. Please look for the VIP Check-In sign upon arrival.

Special Guest!

We are excited to announce we will have two special guests joining us for the reception. 

Chef Paul Joachim, the chocolate genius, will be showcasing his incredible talent and bringing chocolate to life by engaging all of your key senses. A short presentation will begin at approximately 5:45 p.m. that will include an exclusive tasting of his decadent chocolate. 

NFL Legend, Barry Sanders, will be onsite greeting VIP guests and taking photos. Thank you to our partners at Visa for this special experience.

Guests are invited to join us starting at 6:00 p.m. for a welcome reception and silent auction in The Presidential Limos exhibit of the museum. 

The silent auction will remain open until the close of dinner at approximately 8:30 p.m.

 

Check-Out -

All guests who participated in the silent or live auction will be required to stop by the 'check out' table on their way out.

Auction items are not permitted to be consumed on property and may only be picked up upon departure. 

Guests requiring assistance with shipping will confirm details upon checking out.
